Tactical Advanced Computer (TAC)
Mighty. Light. TAC.
Trenton Systems is developing a deployment-ready line of SWaP-optimized, small-form-factor embedded computing solutions: the mighty, the light… Tactical Advanced Computer (TAC) family!
Based on the COM Express Type 7 architecture and next-generation Intel CPUs, TAC mission systems are compact, integrated, high-performance computers designed to satisfy strict SWaP-C requirements and optimize tomorrow’s data-driven servicemembers at the edge.
They’re the perfect fit for GPU-intensive applications, particularly those utilizing AI, ML, and DL, and are designed for deployment in or on military vehicles, including land vehicles, helicopters, fixed-wing aircraft, UAVs, naval ships, and others regularly exposed to extreme conditions.
Compliant with MIL-STD-810, DO-160, MIL-STD-461, up to IP67, and other standards, and sporting ultra-slim dimensions, TAC mission systems can be reliably deployed in virtually any harsh, space-limited land, sea, air, space, and cyber environment, where they’ll survive exposure to rain, dust, dirt, shock, and vibration.
Your Solution To Strict SWaP-C Requirements.
Fanless, sealed, rugged, energy-efficient, affordable, secure, and lightweight, the Tactical Advanced Computer (TAC) family is a line of small-form-factor mission systems designed for mission-critical defense and aerospace deployments that must achieve SWaP-C efficiency and effective cybersecurity.
Tackle dedicated functionality, sensitive data protection, and space-constrained environments, including military fixed-wing aircraft, UAVs, helicopters, ships, submarines, and various land vehicles, with the industry’s best-in-class mission computers, built to last decades at the edge.
Rugged. Extreme. Flexible.
Thanks to their passive cooling and sealed, ruggedized design, TAC mission systems effectively resist rain, dust, dirt, and debris while operating between -40°C and +70°C at 100% stress. Ensure your TAC is ready for a variety of edge computing programs and applications with certifications for the following standards:
- IP67
- MIL-STD-810
- MIL-STD-901
- DO-160
- 2014/35/EU
- 2014/35/EU
- CE
