Power Amplifiers

Quad Band Amplifiers

The PAUK20B is a ruggedized and compact solution for providing up to 20W linear power in any of four bands of operation. Your Picture Here Its optimized design provides minimum size, weight and power consumption enabling deployment in virtually all platforms. The PAUK covers UHF, L, S, high and low C, and Ku bands in a single, compact package virtually eliminating any requirement for intheater system reconfiguration.

Dual Band Amplifiers

The DPA series power amplifiers are a ruggedized and compact solution for providing up to 20W linear power in two bands of operation. The power amplifier covers two of the UHF, L/S, C, and Ku bands in a single, compact, lightweight, environmentally sealed package.

Single Band Amplifiers

The SPA series power amplifiers are a ruggedized and compact solution for providing up to 20W linear power in a single band of operation. Your Picture Here Its optimized design provides minimum size, weight and power consumption enabling deployment in virtually all platforms. The power amplifier covers one of the UHF, L/S, C, and Ku bands in a single, compact, lightweight, environmentally sealed package.

High Power Transceivers

High power transceivers provide full duplex operation in the L, S, C and Ku frequency bands. These RFEs package a power amplifier, low noise amplifier, and all switches and filtering required to enable simultaneous transmission and reception. All amplifiers include a RS-485 digital control interface that allows for dynamic configuration while in operation, allowing band selection and output power control. This provides for increased versatility by supporting maximum transmit power for FSK and FM modulated carriers as well as linear operation for QPSK and OQPSK signals without detrimental spectral regrowth. Ramona Research power amplifiers are Vortex®, Rover®, and MMT® compatible. Custom bands are available

Bi-Directional Amplifiers

Bi-Directional Amplifiers significantly increase the power and range of low-power TDMA modems. Fast automatic transmit detection is employed such that no command or control wiring is required between the mode and the amplifiers. The units are ruggedized to survive harsh environments and are easy to install. Integration with a modem requires just a single coax cable and can boost power levels up to 50W peak.

Low Noise Amplifiers

Low noise amplifiers provide receiver coverage ranging from L-Band to Ku-Band in quad and single band small form factor packaging. Our quad band LNA provides internal filters for improved co-site performance while our single band series offer broad bandwidths to suit a variety of user needs. Custom bands are available

Legacy Products & Custom Products

Transmitters

The TD Series FM transmitters cover frequencies from UHF to C-band with output power levels up to 20W. Premodulation filters with the selection of up to 4 data rates areavailable as well as NTSC or PAL analog video pre-emphasis with up to two metadata subcarriers. The TD transmitter is designed to handle analog and digital signals in the same unit.

LIDL

The LIDL Receiver is a four band receiver, operating in the L,S,low C,and high C bands. The LIDL is capable of operating in four unique modes supporting analog video with a tunable subcarrier, the Predator B waveform, the Plug and Play II waveform and a 70 MHz IF output. Other packages are available.

Inside Sales Administration

Natalie Myers joined Vic Myers Associates in September 2021 and is excited to be part of the team. She received her bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Phoenix and prior to her position as Inside Sales Administration she worked in the Hospitality Industry for over 15 years as a Senior Sales Administrator. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, family and friends along with watching sporting events, traveling, hiking and cheering on her daughter in dance and basketball! Natalie is located in our Arizona office.
