Ryan was raised in Mesa, Arizona, attended Gilbert schools and graduated from ASU in 2006 with a Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies. He went on to complete his MBA at the University of Phoenix Campus in Mesa. Prior to VMA, Ryan worked 5 years as a consumer sales consultant and then 5 years as Program Analyst at Orbital Sciences, now Northrop Grumman. Outside of the office, Ryan loves to spend time with his wife, 12yr old daughter and twin 7 year old boys. Ryan loves to get outdoors to hunt & fish as often as possible, serves frequently with kids and adults at church and enjoys quality BBQ time with his friends and family. Ryan is located in our Arizona office.
Sierra is located in our Colorado office and has been with VMA for over 7 years, providing inside support to our sales team and specializing in Microchip products. She prides herself in the provision of excellent service, support and engagement to our customers and principals alike. In her down time she loves traveling, music, and anything ‘artsy’.
Keenan was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Graduated from the University of Denver with his Electrical Engineering Degree with a Specification in Mechatronic Systems. With the need to problem solve and the love to work with people, Keenan has worked in technical sales for the manufacturing, construction, and security industries. From going outside to hike, snowboard, golf, run, or grill to staying inside to cook, read, or simply relax by sitting down to watch a good movie, Keenan loves to spend as much time as possible with his friends and family. Keenan is located in our Colorado office.
Tracy was raised in Arizona and served in the USAF as an Electronic Warfare Technician, completing an Electrical Engineering Technology Journeyman degree from Community College of the Air Force. After the Air Force he worked as a technician before getting his Bachelors in Computer Information Systems at the University of Phoenix. Tracy worked as a Computer Systems Engineering consultant before joining Orbital Sciences (now Northrop Grumman) in 2002, where he worked as an Electrical Engineer for 15 years designing and deploying systems to test and launch rockets. Tracy specialized in Telemetry Ground Systems for several years before becoming the Lead Electrical Engineer on the Antares Ground system design team. After Orbital, he worked as an Embedded Systems Sales Engineer, helping customers find the best solutions to solve complicated design requirements. Starting July 2019, Tracy is on Team VMA as a Field Engineer to continue building relationships and helping engineers find innovative solutions for high-reliability applications. Outside of the office he enjoys spending time with his friends and adult children and his hobbies include Trucks, Hiking, Camping, Hunting, Scuba diving, Motorcycling and church. Tracy is located in our Arizona office.
Damon was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Graduated from Arizona State University with his Mechanical Engineering Degree specializing in Mechanical Systems. Damon worked as a systems engineer in the automotive industry specializing in electric vehicle platforms.
He is driven by helping customers find dependable solutions for cutting edge technology in their fast-changing environments. When he is not helping customers solve their problems, he is home with his wife, 4 kids and close friends or in his garage applying his automotive background.
Barry was raised on a potato and wheat farm in North Dakota. While attending the Univ. of North Dakota in the late 90’s, he was able to earn every farm boy’s dream of an internship at John Deere, then graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BSME. He moved to Denver immediately after graduation and quickly broke into the Rep Business in 2003 as inside salesperson at TMS. He spent nearly 14 years there and oversaw company growth and territory expansion into the TX Region, eventually being named Vice President. He spent the next 5.5 years with Elotek as a systems and T&M sales engineer before joining the VMA team in 2022. When not at work, Barry loves to hunt, fish, garden and cook, and can be most easily found on the field coaching his sons’ baseball, football, and basketball teams.
Bob was raised in Minnesota. Graduated from Minneapolis Technical College with an A&P license. He worked at Rosemount Inc. for a few years and moved to California where he met his wife and gained valuable experience having sold to the test ranges, military bases, and contractors. Bob has been in Colorado serving the same customers for over 30 years. He enjoys muscle cars, travelling, golf and singing in a community choir. Bob is located in our Colorado office.
Carlton has traveled and lived all over the U.S. but chose Albuquerque as his home. Carlton and Nancy have raised 3 daughters, grown up and making their own lives now. He joined VMA in 1991 and is responsible for the day-to-day business side, supporting our sales efforts, doing whatever it takes.
There a few experiences in my life which I consider invaluable. They include earning my Boy Scout Eagle rank with considerable help and inspiration from my father, serving in the United States Submarine Service during the Viet Nam war, earning a black belt in a mixed style martial arts (it took me 25 years), completing a masters degree (16 years), becoming a lifelong learner, being engaged in my faith, and ending up with some really good friends. Professionally, I love being a helper, an ally, a facilitator, a problem solver and someone who is passionate about wanting my friends, my customers and my colleagues to be successful. Life can be hard, life can be unfair and life can be extraordinary, all at the same time. Mark is located in our Arizona office.
Jim was born in Michigan but has lived in Arizona longer than most natives. He graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and holds certifications in Network Administration and Network Security. Jim originally joined Vic Myers Associates in 1991 and has held a variety of positions. Among his interests are hiking, travel, and most things vintage including cars, music, architecture, and artifacts. Jim is located in our Arizona office.
Ron has worn several hats at VMA over the past twenty years, including inside sales, IT guru, webmaster and application engineer. As a recent empty-nester, Ron and his wife are spending more time on the road, exploring the Southwest. He is an avid sci-fi enthusiast, enjoys playing guitar and listening to jazz. Ron is located in our New Mexico office.
Kristin has been a part of the Vic Myers Associates team for close to a decade. Prior to her position as Manager of Finance, she worked in the Construction Industry as a Project Manager. Needless to say, she has learned a lot here at VMA, and enjoys being a part of this company. In her free time, she values singing at church, card-making, and spending time with her husband and family. Kristin is located in our Colorado office.
Natalie Myers joined Vic Myers Associates in September 2021 and is excited to be part of the team. She received her bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Phoenix and prior to her position as Inside Sales Administration she worked in the Hospitality Industry for over 15 years as a Senior Sales Administrator. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, family and friends along with watching sporting events, traveling, hiking and cheering on her daughter in dance and basketball! Natalie is located in our Arizona office.
Karen has been a part of Vic Myers Associates team since February 2023. Prior to her position as People and Culture Specialist, she worked in the Science & Technology field as an HR Manager & Project Lead for SAIC and LANL. In the short time with VMA she has learned a lot and looks forward to knowing our business even better in support of all of our employees. She values her church community, her two sons who happen to be engineers, volunteering, and golf. Karen is located in our Albuquerque, NM office.
Felecia Stivers, a native of Rockford, IL, now excels as a Field Sales Engineer at VMA in our Arizona office. Holding a BSEE from Arizona State University, she draws from her extensive background at Medtronic, Orbital Sciences, General Dynamics, and Northrop Grumman.
Specializing in high-reliability applications, Felecia stands out for her proficiency in relationship-building and innovative problem-solving. Whether contributing to medical devices or playing a vital role in rocket launches, her work has had a tangible impact on saving lives and safeguarding the nation.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Felecia enjoys time with her two teenagers, finds joy in travel, and actively engages with her local church. Driven by a passion for helping customers navigate cutting-edge technology, she is committed to delivering dependable solutions in fast-changing environments.
Taylor is a Texas native, and grew up in the small town of Boerne, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University, where earned his bachelor’s degree in Engineering. After college he was recruited by a Manufacturer’s Rep Firm, where he spent the first 7 years of his career. Initially hired on as an inside salesperson, Taylor quickly accelerated within the organization and expanded into various other roles such as Distribution Manager, and Field Sales Engineer. Taylor then spent the following 7 years working for an electronic component distributor named Electro Enterprises that almost exclusively supported the mil/aero market.
Taylor worked as a Field Sales Engineer supporting the Texas, Utah and New Mexico territory, Product Manager, as well as Director or Business Development where he managed a team of 10 Field Sales Professionals across the entire United States. Gathering from his previous experiences, Taylor has now taken on the role of Field Sales Engineer with Vic Myers supporting the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas territory. Outside of the office you will usually find Taylor either spending time with his wife and two young children, or out on the lake bass fishing.
Richard was born and raised in Arizona. Attended Arizona State University with a focus in Mechanical Engineering and then fell into Technical Project Management. After 12 years of managing large budget projects spanning system integrations and upgrades, he transitioned into the role of Field Sales Engineer with VMA.
Richard has a deep passion for building relationships with his clients and principals, and supporting them to problem solve and develop innovative solutions. Outside of the office, Richard can be found volunteering as a mentor and coach of high school students at his church, running and hiking the extensive trails of Arizona, and spending time with his wife, 2 boys, 2 girls, and 2 grandkids. Richard is located in our Arizona office.
Tarin was born and raised in Wisconsin, graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Prior to Vic Myers she worked in the hospitality industry 20+ years as a Sales Analyst/Administrator.
In her spare time, Tarin enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to historical sites throughout the United States, reading, going to movies and concerts. On the weekends you will find Tarin at her nephews’ band concerts and baseball games. In addition, music and dance have been a part of her life with musical contrasting influences ranging from Prince to Olivia Newton-John. Tarin is located in our Arizona office.
